I was going to add a page for the Avaya 120a3 CSU, but there doesn't seem to be a way to add a page. FYI, the RJ-45 pinout for this device is 1-receive ring, 2-receive tip, 4-transmit ring, 5-transmit tip.

2010-10-24 Canon FU-500 Color Viewfinder For XL1

Does anyone have the pinout for the Canon FU-500 Color Viewfinder For XL1? I currently have a 5" black and white monitor is hook up to the composite RCA jack on the back of the XL-1 or I hook it up to yjr S-Video conector. I would rather like to use the view finder connector on the camera.

2010-09-01 Ipod Shuffle gen3 gen4 USB pinouts

The pinout for the 2nd and 3rd shuffles are not identical, even though the connectors are the same. The 2nd generation cables and docks are incompatible with the iPod shuffle 3rd generation. Seems that the 5V line is not connected on 3rd generation and the power is taken from USD data lines using a schematic like the one on Minty Boost - The mysteries of Apple device charging. --Nick 14:35, 2 September 2010 (CEST)

I don't think so. B/c if they put resistors (between VSB & D- D+ wire) in the cable, it won't be able to connect to the PC maybe they just changed the wired diagram I don't have origin cable so I can't figure it out --a29psx

2009-12-17 Alcatel Omnistack (LS 6200) serial console cable

We've lost the console cable for this ethernet switch. Cisco console cables and regular serial or 'null modem' pinouts don't seem to work. Anyone with more information ?

This works for me:
DB9 > RJ-45 (straight colors)
2 > 3 (Green/white)
3 > 6 (Blue/white)
5 > 5 (Green)

2009-08-19 HP C360 Visualize Workstation Motherboard and PSU.

PSU is a Artesyn P/N NSF500 or 700444-001 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting              700444-001      end_of_the_skype_highlighting depeding on which label you look at. Specifically I am interested on how to power this PSU up while not connected to the motherboard. Seems similar to other HP workstations listed but not quite... different color wires. Jumpering the white and black wires on the 24-pin connector did not work.

2009-06-25 Order information?

This is not a request for a specific plug's wiring, but for the site admin. It would be nice if we'd add a somewhat standardized way to add order numbers for a number of online sellers (eg. for Germany, I'd suggest Reichelt, Conrad and Pollin). Sometimes, it's easy finding a specific plug, but there are times (esp. for the uncommon plugs) where this is not that simple...
