Nicola Asuni is the founder and president of Tecnick.com s.r.l., a provider of IT services and popular Open Source Software. He holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Science and Technologies from the University of Cagliari - Italy. He has been a freelance programmer since 1993 and has actively contributed to several popular Open-Source Projects. He has been also involved in research activities on Computer-Based Assessment, Web applications and interfaces, data acquisition systems and computer imaging.
